Yes, once you book your service we collect the card details you would like to have on file with us but no storage fee is charged upfront. We will charge your first month’s storage fee after your collection has been completed and you have received your storage confirmation.Then you will be charged on the same date each month you continue to store with us. The charges will be applied to the card on file with us. If you ever need to change your card details, you can easily do this online, through your bySTORED account. Upon logging into your account, click on ‘My Finance Details’.
